Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service (the "Terms") is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Gamingo Inc. (the "Company") and the user (the "Member") regarding the use of the game services, associated networks, websites, and all other services provided by the Company (collectively, the "Service").


Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "User" (or "Member") refers to an individual who accesses the game and uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

  • "Account" refers to the authentication information created through a Google or Apple account provided to log in to the game.

  • "Content" refers to all information provided within the game, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and software.


Article 3 (Amendment of Terms)

  • By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations. Amended Terms shall be notified to Users through in-game notices or other reasonable means.

  • If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may cease using the Service and terminate your Account.


Article 4 (Account Creation and Management)

  • Users must create an account by linking their third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Apple).

  • If you use the Service as a "Guest" without linking an account, the Company may not be able to provide support for account-related issues or data recovery.

  • Users are responsible for the secure management of their account information and must not allow third parties to use their accounts.

  • The Company may restrict the use of accounts that are found to be used unauthorizedly or in violation of Company policies.


Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Stealing or fraudulently using another person's account information.

  • Engaging in behavior that causes emotional distress or offense to other Users.

  • Impersonating Company employees or representatives.

  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

  • Using unauthorized programs (e.g., macros, hacks, modified applications).

  • Note: Use of unauthorized programs may lead to permanent restriction of game access in accordance with these Terms.


Article 6 (Payments and Refunds)

  • Users may purchase paid services or items through payment methods determined by the Company.

  • Payments are processed via in-app purchases or subscription models.

  • For refund requests regarding in-app purchases, Users should contact the Customer Center at help@gamingo.io.

  • Warning: Requesting a refund or chargeback through third-party platforms without going through the official Customer Center may result in game access restrictions.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Season Pass/Licenses: Items consumed immediately upon purchase or providing immediate benefits.

    • Remove Ads: Permanent feature unlocks.

    • Consumable Goods: Items that are used or opened immediately.

  • Refund Conditions: The Company may deny refund requests if the User exploits the refund system to disrupt game fairness or balance.


Article 7 (Privacy Policy)

  • The Company values your privacy and protects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  • Information Collected: Nickname, Account ID/UUID, Service usage logs (date, time), Ad Identifier (ADID/IDFA), Device info (OS version, app version, language, and country).

  • Method of Collection: Information is collected automatically during the installation and use of the mobile application.

  • Rights of the User:

    • Users have the right to refuse the collection of certain data.

    • Refusal to provide optional information will not restrict service use, but refusal to provide mandatory information may prevent access to the Service.


Article 8 (Provision and Modification of Service)

  • The Company may modify the content, operation, or schedule of the Service to ensure smooth game operation.

  • The Company will provide prior notice for significant changes or suspensions of the Service, except in cases of emergency (e.g., server instability, urgent security patches).


Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The Company shall not be liable for any interruption of Service caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or large-scale cyber-attacks.

  • The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the User's use of the Service unless such damages are caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.


Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  • Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws and commercial practices.

  • Any legal disputes arising between the Company and the User shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.


Article 11 (General Provisions)

  • The Company may update these Terms as necessary.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.


Addendum

These Terms shall enter into force on September 1, 2025.
