Commercial Information: Records of in-game purchases and transaction history (Note: We do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled by third-party processors like Apple/Google).
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity: Service access logs, gameplay data (levels, items), and interaction with advertisements.
Geolocation Data: General location derived from your IP address (e.g., City, Country). We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit consent.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
We use your information for Legitimate Business Purposes:
To provide and maintain the Service.
To prevent fraud, cheating, and unauthorized access.
To perform analytics and improve game balance.
To deliver personalized advertisements (with your consent/opt-out right).
3. Disclosure and "Selling" vs. "Sharing" of Data
Selling: Gamingo does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
Sharing: We may "share" your identifiers (ADID/IDFA) with third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt-out of this sharing at any time.
Service Providers: We disclose data to trusted vendors (e.g., AWS for hosting, Appsflyer for analytics) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in California and certain EU jurisdictions).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete it immediately from our servers.
Parents/Guardians may contact us at help@gamingo.io to request the deletion of a child’s data.
